Managing Director

Cherian John

A Civil Engineering graduate from Karnatak University, 1989 Batch, with over 30 years of extensive experience in the construction and real estate industry.

Initial period of career, worked with leading construction companies in diverse capacities, gaining hands-on expertise in soil investigation, deep piling works, multistoried building construction, interior fit-outs, and turnkey project execution.

Since 2000, associated with Relcon Properties Pvt. Ltd. as an Associate Partner, played a pivotal role in the successful development and handover of more than 100 residential villas and apartment projects, contributing significantly to the company's growth and reputation.

Currently serving as the Managing Director of Homeland Build Estate Pvt. Ltd., a Kochi-based real estate company engaged in the development of premium villa communities and resort projects.

In addition, Managing Director of Team Infrastructure & Foundations LLP, a company specializing in comprehensive turnkey solutions for residential, commercial, and resort developments. The firm provides end-to-end project management services, right from land identification, planning, design coordination, construction, and final handover, ensuring quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction at every stage.

Project Head

Reuben John Cherian

A Civil Engineering graduate from KTU University, 2017–21 Batch, with 5 years of experience in the construction and real estate industry.

Started career at Teaminfra working in diverse capacities, gaining hands-on expertise in soil investigation, deep piling works, multi storied building construction, interior fit-outs, and turnkey project execution.

Currently serving as the Project Head of Team Infrastructure & Foundations, driving project delivery with technical precision and a hands-on approach at every stage of construction.

Principal Designer

Thomas John

Studied Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) from the College of Architecture Trivandrum (2014–2019) and brings over seven years of experience in the construction and architectural design industry.

Began undertaking professional architectural projects during the final years of the B.Arch program and joined Teaminfra in 2019. Over the course of the role, led the design and development of numerous individual residences, resort projects, and master plans for residential and commercial developments.

Currently serving as the Principal Designer at Teaminfra, overseeing design strategy, project planning, and the execution of diverse architectural projects.
